Mobile Service
How much will it cost?

Repairs are costed on an individual basis. Bodywork prices are calculated based on number of panels, estimated time and materials required. Alloy wheels based on wheel diameter and severity of damage. For more information see our Prices page here

Does the mobile service cost more?

No, prices are the same regardless of whether the repairs are done at our repair centre or using our mobile service. We also offer a collection and return service, all at no extra cost

Will the repair be guaranteed?

All our repair work comes fully guaranteed

How quickly can a mobile technician come out?

Usually within a few days, at busier times at may take longer

Do you cover my area?

We operate in the BN, RH, GU, PO and TN postcode areas

Will your mobile service operate in the rain?

Our vehicles are fitted with side awnings and alloy wheel spray booths allowing us to still refurbish alloy wheels when its raining. For car body repairs we may have to either rebook or if possible take your car to our repair centre. We offer a collection and return service at no extra cost

Should I wash my car before my appointment?

Yes, we just ask that you wash your car with soap and water. Please do not have your car valeted, or apply any polish or chemicals yourself as these can affect the paint and cause a reaction.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by card, cheque, cash and bank transfer

Will you need my car keys?

Yes we will need your car keys to obtain the paint code and open doors etc where necessary

Will you need access to power?

Yes we will need to plug in to an electric socket.

How long does a typical repair take?

Most car body repairs are completed within a few hours. Alloy wheel refurbishment takes approximately one hour per wheel

How soon after the repair can I use my vehicle?

Your vehicle is ready for use immediately

When can I wash my car?

We advise that you avoid washing your car for at least 48 hours after the repair is completed.

Can you match my colour?

We can match virtually any colour, from any make and model, from any year. Our system has over 50,000 formulations so chances are we’ll have yours.

How do you match my colour?

Your car will have its own paint code on your VIN plate or sticker located somewhere on your car (depending on the make), usually under your bonnet. We use this information to get a formulation from our computer and mix the paint on the spot.

Can you repair my car on the weekend?

Yes we can. We are happy to work Saturdays when asked.

What size repairs do you tackle?

We are SMART repair specialists. SMART stands for Small Medium Area Repair Technique, meaning we specialise in small and medium sized repairs.

How do I make a booking?

After receiving your quote, contact us by telephone, email, SMS or call in and see us to make your appointment.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes you will be sent an invoice by email.

Yes we do. We offer a free collection and return service to customers who reside within 10 miles of our address.

Do you have a waiting area?

Yes we do. With free tea & coffee, magazines and flat screen tv
